My wife and I had our Townhouse @ Palm Beach Alcossebre up for sale with several agents in the town, with very little success.
A friend of ours who lives in the town mentioned Axel van Endert @ Villas Azahar.
After a brief conversation with Axel he told us "I shall sell your Townhouse" and he also told us what the market was telling him.
Several photo"s were taken and entered on the Villas Azahar web-site, and details placed in the window.
We had a few viewers and within 3 months we had a buyer, and 7 days later we were sitting with the buyer and the Notary.
Yes, within another 3 days the money was in our bank account.
One thing for sure, Axel shall say what he thinks and sometimes it may not be what you want to hear, at least this way you know the lay of the land.
He gets straight to the point, therefore not wasting your time or his.
You also have Yolanda Ortega Reche from the office offering her support and they make good business partners who seem to be on the same wavelength.
Fast & Efficient, Straight Forward & Professional, that is the Axel way and this is the way we like things to be done.

Quiero dejar constancia de mi absoluta satisfaccion en la venta de mi casa en Alcoceber. La vivienda se ha vendido en menos de un mes y estoy sorprendido por la excelente profesionalidad de Yolanda.

Excellent, service provided by all at Villas Azahar with regardsp to the sale of our property. Thoroughly professional approach from start to conclusion of the sale, and nothing was too much trouble.
A bitter sweet process after so many good years in Alcossebre. We were very lucky to find a man like Axel to help us finding a super apartment in Alcossebre.
It appeared that he was not only a good professional, but also a very friendly, helpful and warm person with a wide network. Nothing was too much for him. He helped us wherever he could, even more than that.
We also like to mention Yolanda who did a lot of the paperwork and solved a lot of the practical issues. This makes the two a “Golden Couple”.

Amoureux d"alcoceber depuis 40 ans nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Yolanda Ortega. Sa compétence sa gentillesse et surtout sa parfaite connaissance du marcher immobilier nous a permis d acheter une maison de rêve yolanda ne fait pas que vendre elle aide dans les démarches administratives et bancaires BREF ! merci Yolanda
